From a phone to a draft purchase invoice

The supplier’s invoice is on paper. „Прими од телефон“ shows a QR code; a phone on the same Wi-Fi network scans it, photographs the invoice and sends it straight to this computer, with no app, no account and no cloud. It lands in the inbox and the company’s AI model reads it: supplier, lines, VAT by rate and the total. The document on the left, the draft on the right, the totals checked by arithmetic. A person checks and saves; the draft is ready, and posting stays your click.

Import: from document to purchase price

SmartPisar reads the four documents of one import: the goods invoice, the freight and forwarding invoices, and the customs declaration. Stozher takes them in as drafts linked by the customs declaration's МРН number (two of the invoices in euros, at the exchange rate of the National Bank, НБРМ), makes a приемница from the lines recognised by barcode (the service is not received), posts the invoices, works out the purchase price per unit in Import Costing with the customs duty and the landed costs (the freight, the forwarding and the consulting service from the invoice), and brings the goods into stock. The package for the accountant shows the whole import as one balanced entry, with the calculation and the documents, and the ДДВ-04 return shows the import in fields 27 and 28.

Switching over: from the old program to day one

The spreadsheet from the old program becomes the catalogue in Stozher. The columns are recognised on their own: from code and barcode to finished product, lot tracking and shelf life; new items get an account and a VAT rate, and finished products go to their own account by themselves. Quantities and purchase prices become an opening-stock приемница, which asks for confirmation before posting, because the opening-balance entry cannot be reversed. A second spreadsheet brings the bills of materials: active at once, with cost of production and margin.

Manufacturing: from recipe to cost of production

The recipes are bills of materials: the dough is a semi-finished good, the bread consumes the dough, and the cost of production and the margin show on the bill of materials itself. The daily plan offers yesterday’s and creates four work orders at once, with yesterday’s labour and energy carried over; posting takes the dough first, then the bread, and the finished bread moves to the shop. From the work order: a retail calculation with the cost of production as its purchase price, a production report reconciled against the general ledger, and a lot with an expiry date, traceable to the shop.

AI assistant: ask in Macedonian, answered from your own books

Ctrl+J opens the assistant beside the screen you are working on. Who owes us and who is late: the answer comes from the receivables-ageing report, with names and amounts. Which bread lots expire soon: from the expiring-lots report. Where the daily production plan is: from Stozher’s own help, the menu path and the steps. And when something needs to be recorded, the assistant drafts a quote and shows it for confirmation; nothing is saved until you click „Потврди“ (Confirm). Included in every edition, with your own key.
